Thanks for this but I think maybe you have misunderstood.
I want to use the mesh I created kind of like a t-shirt on the model in lens and add my own pattern to it.
Can this be done or is there a better way to do it?
I tried using the body segmentation template and adding the patter to the shoulders but it looked quite messy and i wanted to neaten it up.

So the pattern looks quite messy on the body so i wanted to make it look a little neater by using a mesh and the edges sharper and merge to the body better, can this be done?

I'm pretty sure i have seen something familiar to that before.
However, i have never made something like that before.
