"This Lens has errors" but there are none
Hi there, our Lens is supposed to launch soon, but the QA response for our submissions is always:
"This Lens has errors. Please open the Preview panel and check the log output"
There are no errors in our log, the only messages in ours are the same that appear in the Landmarker example, which ours is based off.
This is our preview log after trying it out different preview videos:
For comparison, this is the output of your Landmarker example project:
We are trying to push a Branded Lens. The same project pushed as Community Lens works fine.
Our Lens size is 2.34MB total, 119.6MB in RAM, average framerate is ~30fps.

and click "report a bug or error"
Fill out the form, make sure to include logs.

If there was, the error logs are out our reach,
the people doing QA and denying our Lens should have them.

They will help you figure it out.
Also,
Are you sure you have the new version of lens studio?
Try updating lens studio, you can do this by opening lens studio, clicking Lens studio top left, and check for updates
Might be a bug then.
Hopefully you and the lens studio team will solve it together.

you said there was a bug and we should file a bug report.
Submitting the Lens to Snapchat works fine - there are no bugs in Lens Studio.
The feedback from QA is always the same - that's not a bug, it's a communication issue.
I am only asking if there is any way to find out why exactly our Lens is being rejected.

It should display under your lens.

make sure to include lens id so they can investigate

You might want to upload your project file to google drive, and include it in the email so they can check it out for you.
make sure to include the lens id too.
