What Lens is This / How to Keep Lens Permanently

  • Hi alecbridges9

There is no official way to keep lenses permanently, however you can copy the link for the lens, and paste it into your notepad at your phone and keep unlocking it every 48 hours. You can find the link by clicking the icon above the lens, and clicking this icon. it will give you an option to copy the link.

May i know what the name of the lens is called and i will try to find it for you.

  • Hey, thank you for replying!

I am not sure the name of the filter, but here is a screen shot of the icon. It is active right now...

Also, how do you get the icon above the lens to show up?

    Thank you!

  • Not that i am aware of.

I am pretty sure a employee from lens studio team (they work for snap inc) will reply to you soon.

They usually check their forum pretty often.

  • Hi Karolina,

Thank you for replying to me on this. I would be interested in creating a similar lens if I could get help. I have never built a lens so I would definitely need someone to show me what to do.

Also, I did send a few messages to support about this lens but they kept giving me the same copy and pasted answer telling me that lenses change to keep things interesting, but didn't really address my question more than that.

So regarding building a similar lens myself, how do I go about arranging to get some help with that? Is it possible to get the code used for this lens as a starting template?

    Thank you,

    Alec
