    Do you know the reason it got rejected?

    It should display under your lens or in email.

    please reach out to the lens studio team by sending them a email to lensstudio-support@snapchat.com

    make sure to include lens id so they can investigate

    You can find it under the lens snapcode.

    If you are unsure why it got rejected, 

    reach out to them via email, their support email is 

    lensstudio-support@snapchat.com

     

    Make sure to include the lens id, you can find it under the snapcode in your "my lenses".

    My lens has been rejected for the same reason, i don't know why "Uses Snap trademarks or products or suggests endorsement by Snap".

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
