Although it was downloaded but still it is not responding and I can't even know the reason?! I've reinstall it so many times and the same problem is going on! Note that all conditions are suitable with the program! Before the last time of reinstall I tried to open it by clicking on run as administrate and it worked! But then it went back to the same problem!
