My lenses stats/meterics not visible

    Our Engineers are aware of it and are working on a fix. You should be able to see your statistics back up again shortly.

    How do I get the stats on 'My Lenses'?  It is showing nothing.

    There's a server issue right now, so no one's statistics are updating give it some time, it should be fixed anytime this week if not just be patient, can't promise it's gonna be fixed next week.

  • Hey Amruthaaa_r,

    The issue affecting Lens Insights should be resolved now. Can you take a look and let me know if things look right on your end? Keep in mind that per-Lens statistics update every 15 minutes whereas total statistics updates once per day.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
