lens studio is not responding error

hey guys i hope you could help.
i am using lens studio for must of the time without any problems

but i noticed that when i am using legacy face sprite 
i usually load PNG i get error:

lens studio is not responding

the program get stock and i force it to end task.

using other features don't trigger this response
but with face sprite i cant work more then 5-10 min without a crash.

1(made lens studio high priority cpu)
2 using only lens studio while working - no other programs are working at the same time.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
