Pushed lens stuck on loading most of the time

Hello, it seems I am not the only one facing this issue, whenever I push a lens to my device it is stuck on loading.

I downloaded the latest version of Lens Studio for Windows, I have the last android version and the last Snapchat version.

I already managed to push some lenses in the past, this problem is kinda new to me.

Whenever I push a lens Lens studio tells me it is push via the server, even if my computer and my phone are on the same Wi Fi.

I though it was because of the size of my lens but even with a really small one it doesn't work.

Please, send help :')

    Hi Stanislav,

    Please try the following: 

    1. Logout from Snapchat on the phone
    2. Use Main Menu > Pairing > Disconnect in Lens Studio


    If this does not help,

    On desktop:

    1. Go to Keychain
    2. Find record com.Snap.LensStudio.UUID by searching Lens Studio
    3. Remove key

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
