Hi Matt,
You can do a simple edge detection effect using Post Effects. Check out the EdgeDetect post effect which has a few options.
Also take a look at Segmentation which you can use to segment out certain parts of the image, like the background or face.
If you combine these two effects, so that you're doing an edge detect on segmentation, you might be able to get the effect you're looking for. I think it will be a little tricky though since the segmentation texture is a little noisy around the edges and might not give the smooth clean lines that you're looking for.

I’ve been trying to do the same effect with segmentation and edge detection but I can’t find a way to do it clean...
I’m actually trying to do something like this a head segmentation with outline pattern around but I can’t find a way to do it :/
