Differences between Marker Template and Marker With Snapcode Template?

Hi, so simple question: what are the cases in which 'Marker with Snapcode' template works better than just the 'Marker' template?

Is the 'Marker with Snapcode' template mainly about having the snapcode to unlock and trigger on the same image? For example, if the snapcode to unlock was given to the user beforehand, there would be no benefit to include the snapcode on the image, right?

Sorry if it's an obvious answer, I've been using this template a lot and loving it, and just would never really understand the difference.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
