Image Picker upload PNG URGENTLY PLZZ

Im trying to upload a PNG image with Image Picker but the background come with a white color (not transparent ) is there any solution for that

    Hey Just Me! Can you provide us will a bit more details? 

    Are you using the Face Image picker template? 

    I suspect the material you're applying the Image Picker texture to needs its blend mode set to Normal which will allow it to have transparency. Can you try that?

    hi Travis

    its already blend mode Normal but when i upload the image it gives me a white background

    im using the image picker texture not Face Image picker template?

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
