I believe you have to have a certain amount of people click or use the lens for the statistics to show. Also, they only update once a day.
I can see my statistics. The issue is that the actual lenses aren't launching properly. I receive a "Nothing to see here" error when attempting to launch from the snapcodes.
I see. You may have to resubmit the lens. That may work. Start a new project... Update existing lens and replace the initial lens.
Having the exact same problem. Resubmitting the lens will generate a new snapcode, which is a huge problem when the snapcode has been distributed in printed form, which is in our case. Lens Studio reports Status: "Live", Scans: 1000+ .What is the problem?
Oh no! Did resubmitting the lens fix the issue with the lens not launching Emil?
