Lens is LIVE, but not searchable in Community Lenses

Hi,

 

A few days ago we made a Snapchat-lens, which we submitted through the Lens Studio programm. Yesterday I received an e-mail the lens was live, with a snapcode and a link: https://www.snapchat.com/unlock/?type=SNAPCODE&uuid=921542101de64d2aa76ec904ce6e177f&metadata=01.

 

When I scan the snapcode it appears for 48 hours use or sending to friends. However the lens does not show up in the community.

 

Is this usual? How can we get the lens searchable in Community Lenses tab, so other people can use the lens as well.

    Thanks for reaching out! I was able to find your Lens when I searched; sometimes it takes some time to get indexed in our system.

    Please let us know in the future if it is not searchable and we will be happy to look into it.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+

Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher
