Issues with an audio trigger

    Make sure your phone isn't on silent and you have the volume turned all the way up. That should do the trick!

  • Thanks Jye! I actually did do that. I can hear it when I'm recording it, it's just on playback before sending it out that I don't hear it. I can hear surrounding noises on playback but not the sound I'm trying to trigger.

  • Hi Simone,

    Do you have headphones connected to your phone? If so, try disconnecting them before recording your snap. Audio from the Lens gets recorded through the microphone, so it should work as long as the microphone is able to pick up sound from your phone speakers.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
