I can't find my lens when is search it

  • Hey DragonzPower,

    What type of phone are using and what version of Snapchat are you running? You can find this by:

    1. Opening Snapchat
    2. Tapping the Profile icon in the top-left to go to your Profile screen 
    3. Tapping the gear in the top-right to go to your Settings page
    4. Scrolling to the bottom (even past the "Log Out" button)
    5. Holding the scroll so that you can see the Snapchat version

    Also, can you share the Lens ID with me?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
