Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

Hi!
This is likely because your device has a different screen aspect ratio than the preview.
To fix this, select your billboard in the Objects panel, then in the Inspector panel, change the Fill mode:
You'll likely want the second one, which will keep your image at the same size and cut out parts beyond the screen. Take a look at this guide for more information: https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/guides/2d/billboard/
Additionally, in the Preview panel, if you select your webcam in the top left, you'll get a drop down for selecting phones with different screen ratio to make sure that your lens work on multiple devices.
