Lens Rejection

Happy new year!

Two of my lenses has been rejected. The reason for rejection is "contains copyrighted content". However, I've purchased the copyright of the background music and the original 3D model is from a copyright free website.

Could you please look into this and tell me how to fix this ?

The previous one: f7c7fe61-91d3-4e7e-8ab1-68b4d9acfb90 （I changed the music for this one after the rejection）

 

May I know how would a Lens be rejected? Is it because someone reported it or Snapchat has a system to monitor?

One of my lens was on the community lens first page. After lens rejection, it lost the recommendation  :(

  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
