【AD question】Ad to Lens
Hi,
I was trying to promote 2 X'mas Lenses my team created through Ad to Lens.
However, the creative was not approved twice without specific instruction on how to change them.
X'mas is approaching, so I hope to get more specific guidance on how to change the creative so that the Lenses could be delivered on time.

BTW, could I also ask how to start a Lens Challenge? I'm thinking it might be fun to put the X'mas game we developed to a challenge.

Were you able to get specific feedback on the creative? If not, please let me know the Lens name and/or IDs so that we may be able to find the Lenses.
As for Lens Challenges, Lens Studio does not currently offer the ability to submit a Lens as a Challenge. I'll let the engineers know you desire to be able to do this though!

I‘ve successfully submitted the ad to lens now :)
Also, I'm very interested in the Lens Challenge. If I can't submit a challenge in Lens Studio yet, where should I go to submit the challenge?
I've noticed there are Lens Creators who started Lens Challenges.

Glad to hear you were able to submit. As for the Lens Challenges, we are working with certain creators on a trial by trial basis. As I mentioned, there is no self-service way to submit a challenge though it is a feature we are considering including in the future. Happy to see you have ideas for Challenges though!
