Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

Just answered you in the other thread, but I'll reiterate the answer here for the rest of the community:
After you submit a Lens, you can turn on the "do not promote" option by:
Then your Lens will not be promoted in Lens Explorer and will not be shown in search results. Note your statistics will disappear for a couple minutes as the system resets your Lens, but they will reappear shortly.
Also note that the Lens is "private" as long as you don't share it and "do not promote" is turned on. To completely ensure that no one can see your Lens, simply turn it offline within My Lenses.

Hello,
I had a lens on snapchat that was in review for a very long time. It is now back up and it is renamed 'hh' and is a completely empty filter. I worked very hard on this filter please help me get it back.
