  • Hello just to ask you to give me the certification again on my public snapchat account please because however I meet all the criteria I ask, I have a well-known company I work with a lot of artists and record companies.  I also have a profile photo a biography as you asked me.  I have over 171 million views of the lenses I have created.  and I have a 34k community on snapchat right now.  I am showing you via the attached proof that I work with Universal music group.  so please i really need to have my account certified in order to expand my community on snapchat. 

    my account has already been certified with the yellow mark and the yellow star at the same time, after a snapchat update I lost my certification I think there was an error

    as you can see i manage the snapchat account of a very famous artist (algerino) and my snapchat yougraph account no longer has the certification please give me the certification

    you already certified me and i lost the certification after a snapchat update and you had to give it to me and i'm still waiting

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
