Lens Statics

  • Hey Sayed,

Dominique is right. In order to see the Statistics you hav to look at the My Lenses page within Lens studio. As reference, the statistics on My Lenses are updated once every 24 hours and they need to reach a tally of "5" in each Views, Scans and Shares before they are visible at all. Let me know if you have anymore questions on this and I'd be happy to further assist.

    Cheers,
    Kaitlyn

  • Hey Sayed,

Outside of My Lenses, you can view a breakdown of Scans and Clicks by day in your Snapcode history. To access:

    1. Log into the Snapchat account of the username you submitted the Lens with
    2. Go to the Profile screen by tapping the Profile icon in the top-left
    3. Tap the gear in the top right-hand corner of the Profile screen
    4. Scroll down to "Snapcodes"
    5. Click "My Snapcodes" -> "LENS NAME" -> "Stats"

As for your latter question, is it possible you have submitted Lenses on multiple accounts? Are you sure you're logged into the right one?

    Cheers,
    Kaitlyn
