Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Hi Carinlandstrom,
In the Sprite component of your billboard, the Fill option should allow your image to keep it's aspect ratio--though some of your image may be cut out:
Since the image may be cut off, we may need to calculate the position and size of other image to be consistent in this context. Take a look at the getFillScaledVec3 in the FaceInsetController.js script in the Face in Picture template for an example of how this could be achieved.
