SnapCode Lens Data Problems

  • The data takes about 24 hours before it comes pouring in. Also, it's only updated a few times per day, so it's not a real-time number.

  • Hey Bram va de Ven!

Thanks for your comment back! We are having trouble loading data over a period of time, around a weeks time period. Through this process our data performance has remained in the same status.

    Thanks again

  • Hi,

I just want to state I'm not affiliated with Snapchat, just trying to help out.

In the images you attached I noticed two different Lens IDs, if you publish a Lens again you'll have to wait for the initial waiting period again. Other than that I'm not sure what's causing this!

  • No we really appreciate it! Yes that was us trying to trouble shoot this problem. Neither lens worked and we have been using the most recent lens for the past week now.

    Thanks for helping!!

  • Hey performancemkt,

The statistics on My Lenses are updated once every 24 hours as Bram mentioned and they need to reach a tally of "5" in each Views, Scans and Shares before they are visible at all.

Let me know if you have any additional questions on this and I'd be happy to further assist.
