Lens Dashboard not updating analytics

I posted an effect live and I know there have been more than 100 uses, yet the lens dashboard is not showing anything all of the components: views, shares, etc.. show up as "--"

How can I fix this? I need this data.

    Hi Karen,

    How do you know there are more than 100 uses? What do you define as a use?

    As reference, the statistics on My Lenses are updated once every 24 hours and they need to reach a tally of "5" in each Views, Scans and Shares before they are visible at all. Let me know if you have anymore questions on this and I'd be happy to further assist. Just let me know the Lens name or Lens ID!

    Hi Kaitlyn,

    I worked with a brand that has millions of followers and we've gotten comments from thousands of people who have used the snapchat filter. The stats only update every 24 hours?

    Is there a way to get a quicker update and does it include the stats at that 24 hour mark or ?

    Hi Karen,

    Correct, the statistics only update once every day and My Lenses display the total statistics up to the time at which it is calculated.

    At this time there is no way to get a quicker update, but I can add this as a request to our feature request list!

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
