All my lense i submit are rejected for no good reason

  • Hey momo.idb,

First can you describe the content of your Lenses including sounds, music, words, images, etc?

Also have you read the Submission Guidelines before submitting? Perhaps it can clear up why your Lenses have been rejected.

    Cheers,
    Kaitlyn

  • I'm having the same problem: https://lensstudio.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360002084706-My-lens-follows-every-rule-but-gets-rejected-

I tried uploading literally just a sphere and even it got rejected. Every lens I submit is seemingly rejected.

Hours of helping people make lenses, gaining millions of views on my own lenses, demonstrating lenses to developers and tech meetups, suggesting feedback along with others which was eventually implemented but seemingly removed now (the reason for removal is no longer a thing)...just to get no response on emails about my lenses, rejection for no reason. What happened to the old lens studio team?

  • I’m having the same problem now. Really wished an explanation was given as to why a lens gets rejected. Mine is just the usual face distort, no audio or text or images.

  • Hello,

You can send in a email to lensstudio-support@snapchat.com

Make sure to include project file, Lens ID and screenshots.

You can find your Lens ID by following the instructions here: https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/guides/submission/submitting-your-lens/

    This will help them investigate.

You can also google search my name Saffier Biada , do i need to apply for the verification or? And besides that i make some lenses for the community so if you can help me with the verification how or why it would help me, there are a lot of people impersonating me on the snapchat app so thats why i also want to get verified.
