Our current pipeline is setup for unity where our characters and animations are exported from maya separately.
- bound character in Tpose with no animation data
- skeleton with animation clip data (no animation layers in maya (1 file for every clip)
Is it possible to import the separate files into Lens studio and get them working or, is the only option to import the animation with animation layers and with the character all in one file?
I initially tried to import via the first method... character and animation clips as separate files but couldn't get it to work in Lens Studio.
Its really efficient for us just to use characters and the separate animation clips we already have rather than having to go back into files and setup animation layers and export as one.
