    If you're on a computer you should have the option to add an image within the text box for responding.

    Otherwise you can describe what that site is telling you to download? What is that site it goes to?

  • I'm on my phone so I'll try and explain it more: whenever I click on "scan from camera roll" a page pops up, It doesn't tell me the url but the top right corner says "snap inc." And the words "brand guidelines" is in big bold letters and under that it says "download" I hope that helps.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
