4 Days in Review

  • Hey Dario, I'll follow up with you in another thread as submitting Lenses is a case-by-case basis.

  • My Lens is also now four days in review: Is this expected?

I could not find an FAQ addressing the standard wait times.

    Thank you!

  • Hey Sally,

I'll follow up with you as well in another thread considering Lens submission is very case-dependent.

  • Hello,

I'm experienceing the same kind of delays, is there something that can be done about it to speed up the process? It's especially critical for a lens we need to ship for a new year's card.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Jean,

Has your Lens still not passed review? If so I'd be happy to take a look for you.

    Thanks,

  • Hi, so I think I may be having the same problem it normally takes about 5-10 minutes for the lens to be live and like this lens is very important to me because it is growing in views and plays. I just update a few things and it has not gotten out of the "In Review" status. So please if someone from the lens studio team can help me you will be welcome. Thanks beforehand.

  • Oh wow, here I was thinking that 7 hrs was a long time. In a future real work setting, how often does this happen? Maximum turnaround time? Possible work a rounds?
