Setup won't start on Windows 10

  • Have you checked to see if you meet all of the hardware and system requirements laid out in the FAQ? If you meet all the requirements and are still having issues let me know and I can get a ticket created to sort this problem out.

    Cheers,
    Kaitlyn

  • Problem solved! It wasn't the program it was my computer it had some sort of registry issue. Fixed by running sfc /scannow.

  • I’m hoping that’s the issue I’ve just manually checked for update and it’s updating windows 10 version 1607 for x64-based system so hopefully that will do it, thanks

  • Didn’t work :(

  • Not sure if it'll do anything since you have somewhat of a different issue but try to run "sfc /scannow" in a command prompt

Since your issue is most likely particular to your computer, we'll continue the conversation about why it's crashing on that other thread.
