MacOS won't show other camera options on applications, but works on websites. Help?

Through the discord site the "Snap Camera" option appears under camera options. Only issue is my computer has been buggy for months unable to load the RTC, so I can only make calls on the app. On the app, the only camera options that appear when I click the arrow on the camera is the "Facetime HD Camera", as the default camera app. It's a matter of figuring out how to allow Snap Camera to be an option in apps. Not only is this an issue for the discord app, but it won't appear on other apps like Photo Booth, Zoom, etc. How do I make Snap Camera appear on my apps? Is there a setting I'm missing on my Mac that allows Snap Camera to be an option?

Note: YES, I have checked my internet, rebooted my pc, opened Snap Camera first before video calling, and it still will not work. I need something more specific to fix this issue.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
