Showing 'by null' instead of my name when my lens is opened

I have just created my first lens but, when I share it with link it shows 'by null'. 

I visited this link which tells that I have to make my profile public.

I followed the instructions given on this link to make my profile public but after doing all the mentioned things I am not able to solve the issue.

  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
