lens has error but none is shown in my logger

  • do check your project again , if you find any error or you can check the preview panel again to check everything is fine or not

  • As the lense which I have for my drsebiscellfood business have the same issue. But haven't found any solution. If you have got any solution so kindly share the resource links so we can also fix the issue with our lense.

  • I dont know if this helps, but i only had that error once and it was with a Landmarker Lens.

    I deleted components and scene objects one by one and uploaded a version each time, so eventually i found out that i got an error as long as i used a material with a pink square on it (material editor ones). When i only had materials without it, it finally accepted the lens without this mysterious error message.
    I haven't had any problems with this kind of materials before or after that project, so it might be something else for you.. but might be helpfull do dissect the project and deleting small things until you can pin it down what causes the problem.

  • Try to export individual elements of your lens and rework on them on a new project then submit.

    being the developer of hesco duplicate bill. I have followed your mentioned steps. But it still not working and showing error. Can you provide a link to a guidance video so I can watch it thoroughly.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
