Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

It is an extremely exclusive group of creators hand picked out by Snapchat, so it is not something you can really ask for. The form you are referring to is outdated if I remember correctly or is at least not being looked through anymore for applicants by SnapChat (although none of the people I know that were invited to be an Official Lens Creator were invited or even noticed by asking or filling out a a form, I don't work for SnapChat so who honestly knows). One thing for sure is that you need to stand out as a creator because their are at least tens of thousands of people that want the same thing. Try to think outside of the box and do things you have never seen been done before because who knows who might end up using it. Best of luck!
Hello fowzan.kar usualy it can take a minimum of 2-3 months to get their reply email just wait while you continue creating more lenses be authentic and creative with your own ideas.
