Hand Joints - Using Custom Gestures

I'm following hand joint template with Lens Studio 4.4.1 for customer hand gesture.

After adding my hand gesture image and tab on preview window to get position of the joints
" To add a custom gesture, tap the preview screen at the moment you see the gesture to detect, and the Lens will print out the relative position of the joints to the Logger panel"

I do get the following warning "[Scripts/HandGesturesController.js:110] WARNING: Hand is not tracking, can't get current Gesture"

Don't get any position of the joints. I have tried with other images also but getting the same warning. Pls suggest.

    I'm still on the same WARNING: Hand is not tracking, can't get current Gesture. check the screenshot.

    I started again with Hand Joints template but no luck. 

    any help will be appreciated.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
