Dear,

Lens Community,

I have installed the latest version of Lens studio, but after installing it, I came to know that it is not suppoted with GPU. I have a Lenovo laptop with Intel HD Graphics 3000, the latest version required the Intel HD Graphics 4000.

I want to know that if there is any 1 or 2 older version which is supported with my system requirement. 

As you can see above image, I have Intel Core i5 and also screen resolution which matches with your version 4.1 required. With that also I have put the information of drivers which can help you in this concern.

Please let this report in the light of your knowledge and inform me about that.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher
