Lens Competitions

I think some sort of Snapchat-wide competition would be a lot of fun, similar to the one that Facebook is running right now for Spark AR.

I know there's been at least one such competition in the past, but I'd love to be able to take part in one.

I'm not a regular Spark AR creator, but their contest got me back in their software and I've been learning some neat things (don't worry, Lens Studio is still way better). I've loved having some sort of theme to create for and it's a lot of fun seeing how others interpret the theme.

    I think this is a really good idea. VSCO does this very well. They have bi-weekly challenges (such as using a certain colour, or playing with light) which are always interesting. I think something like this could definitely help creators get featured and show off their work.

    Great Idea! Opening a contest for every creator to take part in will drive more creativity and bring more people into creating more detailed and well thought of lenses!

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
