Hey guys!
I was inspired to make a 3D "Flash" filter the other night. I searched up Flash on filters to get an idea for what I wanted to make, but there weren't really any Flash filters. This encouraged me even more to create the first Flash filter on snapchat (that I could see anyway). I hope you all enjoy it!
