show text based on random image picker result

hi there fella,

i'm khalifah,

i'm currently making lens with random image picker. i perfected the randomize part. and i want to add text, based on which picture shown on screen as the result.

example :

if image A shown, then "you got A !" text appear.

if image B shown, then "you got B !" text appear.

and so on.

could anybody create the script ? a graph script would be much appreciate though. but regular script will just do.
