slight glow and added depth

I made a filter called Tampa Tones which has some features that make it unique. Recently been trying to change how the camera feels, when you see a picture taken on an iphone versus a dslr you, you can tell them apart. My goal was to make a lens that made the camera not feel like a normal photo. I added some blur effects and this is what I came up with. You can use post effects like gaussian blur, directional blur, smoothening, and etc. This is my first attempt at creating a lens with this focus and since have seen an improvement with engagement.
