making picture move & resize

hello 

i hope you all doing well 

I'm trying to make lens with motivational quote i already have them cut and ready as png put when i try to put them in the lens i have to make the size fixed i want the user to be able to move them around and resize them as they wish and tap to change them with the other ones

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
