So I open Zoom, snap camera is open, and from Zoom I join mtg, I have my regular old face, and go to video, select snap camera and all I get is a round, soccer ball kind of thing logo....on the snap camera site I have created 3 favorites that I would like to switch too....I;m on windows...can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
