Already seen it but i want to blur the picture and don't want the transition.
Have you tried zoom blue that's like the only alternative that I know of?

The easiest way I know how to blur is to make a zoom blur, and pin it to all the corners.
(Just make sure the strengths are all the same)
Then you can add a script to show them appearing when you tap.

^ gaussian blur post effect was added in the latest Lens studio update which can now accomplish this much easier.
