Filter for beautifuying

Hi every one, 

I want to create some lenses which could apply some beautifuying effect on user's faces like the butterfly effect in this pictures, except I just want the same without butterfly or if somebody could suggest me some parameters to create the same effect when the skin glows, the skin is smooth and all imperfections are hidden.

I really want to realize lens like this, however if somebody could give me an exemple of Lense that he has created or give me the parameters which could help me to do that I will very be gratefull.
