Why's the best way to get your lenses seen/used?

  • Hey Essa,

If your lens is promoting a brand or product, check out the Snapchat for business page. Otherwise just share your lens to your story, the "our story" story, and to your friends. Sometimes snapchat will automatically push your lens to the trending page, or even directly to peoples lens carousel. If your lens doesn't get massive amounts of views, its ok. Just keep making high quality lenses, and a lens will get picked up eventually.

    Hope this helps,

    Jonah

  • There are resources that help gain views / uses of your lenses, but the best way is to post them on your story or send them to friends.

There is a website linked here where you can put your lenses and they will be emailed out for people to see.

Otherwise, I agree with Jonah, keep making lenses and eventually something will catch on.

    Best of luck

  • Thank you very much both Jonah and furgfury! I'm just gonna persevere haha, ive managed to now get around 13,000 views on a lens just by sharing it around so I'm going to keep going. It's not a business lens no, just a community one. Regards
