Your GPU is not supported. It either doesn't support Open GL 4.1 or has outdated drivers installed

  • Thanks for the report!

Can you please share exact GPU model you have?

    Best regards,
    Pavel

  • I have a AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series and a Intel HD Graphics 3000. That is my old PC, however in my current PC, the Snap Camera runs.

  • Intel HD Graphics 3000 is not supported unfortunatelly, you can check requirements here https://snapcamera.snapchat.com/download/

It requires Intel HD Graphics 4000 at least.

    Thank you,

    Pavel

Minimum Requirements

Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
