how to get particles to attach to a certain color?

Im currently trying to make a "bling" filter or a "sparkles" lens in snapchat and I was wondering if there is any way to attach particles to a certain color using scripting. I want my particles to only appear when there is a bright white color, and some examples of what I am trying to acheive are the "BLING GLORY" lens by christopher manning or the "MY DREAMS" lens by Bryant. Please help!

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
