Snapchat mobile app crash on IOS

Dear Snapchat,

 

I'm working on a Lens game base on the Highscore template.

All is running fine on Android, but when i open the lens on IOS the game (and the entire Snapchat app) crashes and closes once i hit an obstacle. Something to do with the collision system i suppose but kind of impossible to troubleshoot because no error in Lens Studio or on Android (and no log on IOS).

Is there somebody who can help me out on this. Work for a client, so kind of under pressure here :)

    Hey Tom,

    Can you please give me more information of what iOS version and what device as well as what Lens Studio version are you using?

    I just test pushed the template from the Lens Studio 3.0 to my iOS 13 device and its working fine and not crashing the device.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
