unable to publish lens

I will create my lens, I will then hit the "Project info" and fill in the name, the preview and the icon, I even use the icon template to use in photoshop to create my icon, and save as a .png. I go to hit publish, as I am already logged in, and sometimes it will show the "Oops" page and sometimes it brings me to the page that says "Connect to lense Studio?" I will then hit continue. Then it tells me to hit continue again to go back to the previous app, but when I hit continue, it does NOTHING. whatsoever. I have deleted and reinstalled Lens Studio, I don't really know what to do.

Also, It is under the 4mb limit.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
