Script works on Android but not on IOS

Hey Team,

We are having some troubles pushing a lens on IOS. It loads indefinitely when published and it gives an error when pushed via de project. Android phones work just fine.

We also checked for non-alphanumerical symbols but couldn't find any (lens studio produces files which contains spaces so don't think thats an issue).

When we delete the script > it works.. is there an difference in how android handles scripts and ios? Is there Js that ios cant handle but android can?

    Sounds like something may not be supported for IOS.

    please reach out to the lens studio team by sending them a email to lensstudio-support@snapchat.com

    make sure to include lens id so they can investigate 

    ^ or project files if you haven't published it.

    You can find it under the lens snapcode.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
