Adding custom shader surport

Is there a way to apply a custom shader(GLSL or CG), like what the game engine provided, which will allow both vertex and fragment shaders.

I'm currently working on a project where custom shader support would have allowed us to create a much more beautiful end result. Ideally, we would have support for:
- Preprocessing the Image Feed
- Post-Processing the Feed including all 3D Elements
- Custom Shaders for 3D meshes
- Fragment, Vertex, and Pixel Shaders
- Custom Buffers
- UI to control uniforms in shaders.
